We have advised Derwent throughout the development process of Holden House Oxford Street, a key future development in the overall regeneration of this eastern end of Oxford Street. We continue to work with them on the ongoing asset management prior to development.
The scheme planning consent permits a mixed office and retail scheme or a single large store up to circa 150,000 sq ft. The completed scheme will deliver a final flagship anchor tenant to complete the regeneration of East Oxford Street.
